Visual Directing, Styling, & Photography

Fray Magazine, Wesleyan’s first student-run fashion magazine, launched in 2020. I worked as a writer, visual director, stylist, and photographer for Fray for two years. I visually directed two photoshoots for a student-run, upcycled clothing brand, Little Crush Clothes, run by Holly Greene.

For these photos, taken in the Spring of 2022, I planned a tea-party to match the whimsy and playfulness of the Little Crush aesthetic. The photos from this shoot were published in Fray Magazine’s “Recess” issue.

Social Media Management

I have been able to use my skills as a copywriter to help manage the Instagram for Double H Farm. With nearly 35,000 followers, it is important to keep their Instagram polished and professional while also incorporating the sense of humor of the Double H team.

A brand new Double H Farm website—for which I wrote all of the copy—will be released later in 2023.

Film Production

Producing

I worked as the Producer on Josh Markowitz’s 16mm documentary short film, Kitty Kathryn Sings the Blues. Kitty Kathryn is an 86-year old Jazz singer based in Middletown, Connecticut. As the producer, I ran the Instagram page as well as the Seed & Spark fundraising campaign.

Production Design

I worked as the Production Designer and Head of the Art Department for Forrest Kai-Sassaman’s senior thesis film, GoGo 274. The film received nominations at the 2021 Brooklyn Sci-Fi Film Festival, Chicago Indie Film Awards, and Austin International Arts Festival.
